Brad handled the sale of the house in record time, and with exemplary skill. That in itself is a strong reason to recommend him, but it isn't my only, or even my strongest, reason for doing so.
I find change difficult, so the prospect of simultaneously selling my house and buying a condo seemed like a nightmare.
