If you haven’t experienced it before, the home loan process can feel overwhelming, but I will help you stay informed throughout the process, from pre-approval to closing. The first thing to do is consult with a mortgage specialist (or two). If you don’t already have someone in mind, consider a highly rated Mortgage Broker in the Dartmouth, MA area such as Onshore Mortgage LLC. Onshore Mortgage has over 25 years’ experience writing mortgage loans, is ranked 5-Stars on Google and consistently performs in the Top 1% Nationwide.
A mortgage pre-approval is based on a more in-depth and detailed review of your financial background and credit history. Pre-approval requires Onshore Mortgage, LLC. to review your credit score, income and asset documentation. A pre-approval is also a more reliable indication of what you can afford since your documents are thoroughly reviewed. Through our easy-to-use individual web portal, you will receive reminders about pending documents needed to close your transaction. With a pre-approval, you can have the confidence that you will purchase a home within your budget and on terms that work for you.

SIGNING AND FINALIZING YOUR MORTGAGE
Once the loan is “cleared-to-close” all parties will agree on a time and place to close the Mortgage. The closing Attorney will finalize your closing figures and take into consideration any funds given at time of signing the purchase and sales agreement. Onshore Mortgage, LLC. will review your final figures and answer address any concerns you may have before going to the closing table. One you have signed all the closing documents and your loan is recorded, you will be given your keys and you are officially a happy homeowner!
